Division Breakdown Football:
6u (Peewee - 75lbs) - Ages 5 and 6 (Kindergarten & First Grade)
8u (Freshman - 95lbs) - Ages 7 and 8 (Second and Third Grade)
10u (Sophomore - 110lbs) - Ages 9 and 10 (Fourth and Fifth Grade)
12u (Junior - 125lbs) - Ages 11 and 12 (Sixth and Seventh Grade)
Jr. High (Senior - Unlimited Weight) - Ages 13 to 14 (Eighth Grade)
Division Breakdown Cheerleading:
**Note: Once a level reaches capacity, registration will close. There is no waitlist.**
Peewee - Ages 4 and 5 (Preschool & Kindergarten)
Freshman - Ages 6 and 7 (First and Second Grade)
Sophomore - Ages 8 and 9 (Third and Fourth Grade)
Junior - Ages 10 and 11 (Fifth and Sixth Grade)
Senior - Ages 12 to 14 (Seventh and Eighth Grade)
Volunteer Requirement:
What is the volunteer fee?
A $50 fee per family (not per participant), submitted as a check payable to CYFC.
Will my check be cashed?
No—only if the 2-hour volunteer requirement is not completed.
What is the volunteer requirement?
Each family must complete 2 hours of volunteering during the season (equipment/uniform handout through return).
What volunteer opportunities are available?
Examples include field lining, announcing, chain crew, snack stand, merchandise, and special events like Pink Day/Parent Appreciation.
When do I submit the check?
At equipment/uniform handout in July (date TBD).
When do I get my check back?
At the end of the season during equipment/uniform return, as long as volunteer hours are completed.
Is the fee per child?
No—only one $50 check per family, regardless of the number of participants.
What happens if I don’t volunteer?
The $50 check will be deposited.
